RULES OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP

  • Organizers will provide the following:

    • Bed; disposable bed cover
    • Cosmetological trolley;
    • Cosmetological chair;
    • Lamp/ Lens;
    • Power supply electrical outlet; extension wire
    • Set for Model and Master's

    (Disposable Lab gown, Hats, Shoe covers, Mask, Aseptic Gloves, Hair Cover);

    • 3 Disposable sheets
    • Plastic wraps for holdings
    • Barrier Film
    • Trash can
    • 2 Commitee for rounder
    • Optional: MODEL & MODEL ASSISTANCE (Competitors can bring their own model)
    • General Consent Form

  • Competitors must bring the following:

    • Dress Code - White Outfit
    • Machine & Microblading Tools
    • Preferred Needles / Cartridges/ Blades
    • Pigments
    • Ink Cup/Ring/Holder
    • Aseptic Solutions (Disinfectant)
    • Preferred Primary & Secondary Numbing product

WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN DUBAI ON NOVEMBER 10, 2025 - GALA AWARDS NIGHT AT V HILTON HOTEL

Applications are online only.

Ensure your photos and videos have clear angles, good lighting, and effectively showcase your artistry. Judges may also review your social media presence (e.g., Instagram) to assess your style and professionalism. Judges may refer to your social media platforms to gain more complete view of your work.

  • HOW TO JOIN?

    • Register to confirm your application.
    • After registration, you will receive a login code via Email or WhatsApp.
    • Download the “Top Level App”.
    • Select: PMU BEAUTY WORLD DUBAI & SCALPX 2025.
    • Enter the login code.
    • Double check your name registered if correct.
    • Choose your Championship Category.
    • Upload Before & After photos and video showcasing your work.
    • Click Submit.

    Deadline of submission: October 21, 2025

    WINNERS WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL.

  • STEPS: SUBMISSION OF ENTRY

    Step 1. Register to join the ONLINE COMPETITION FOR SMP/PMU
    - You can choose max of 3 categories
    - Fill in the required details asked on the form
    - Contact administrator on Instagram to followup your registration.
    - Once registration is done we will announce your participation on Instagram from the details you submitted on the form.
    Step 2. Download "TOP LEVEL" APP
    Step 3. Wait for the email notification to activation your number on the APP
    Step 4. Once activated you can access the APP and submit your entry.
    Step 5. Deadline of Submission of Entry is on October 21, 2025
    - Please note, once activated you are given 10-mins to delete or change photo uploaded on the app
    - Wait for email notification if you have been listed as one of the finalists
