• ALL COMPETITORS must wear white comfortable outfit
• A participant and a model should appear at the venue 1- hour before the competition starts
• Competitors will be given 30-mins to prepare their workplace and the models.
• After the attendance, a set of disposable kit will be given to the Model and the participant.
• COMPETITORS must wear their badges
• MODELS will be provided with a Model badges with code of the category
  (M- MICROBLADING, MS-Machine Strokes, S- Shading, E-Eyeliner, L- Lips)
• Models will be registered under participant name and will receive a badge with code indicated.
• Models and competitors are required to go to the washroom before entering the competition area.
• WASHROOM BREAK DURING THE COMPETITION will be counted on the timing.
• MODEL'S must wear the badges until the judge's assessment.
• A section for disposables will be provided in the area incase needed.
• A competitor must follow all the hygiene rules, which are obligatory for the following procedure: to have the clean cosmetic clothes and hat, mask, gloves, shoe covers or shoes to change; keep the workplace clean; follow the rules of aseptics and antiseptics.
• All the competitors & models must dressed in given medical gowns by the organizer
• Model should proceed for photoshoot before the start of procedure and right after it. The photo booth takes place in the contest area by a specialist of organizing committee. If a model does not come to the photoshoot, a work of participant cannot be included.
• A competitor must use their preferred topical numbing
• A topical numbing process can be done with a right application method only. And included into the time period, which is given to complete the contest work.
• Before the start of procedure and during the Championship it is forbidden to use decorative cosmetics (except the pencils for drawing) and will be graded by the Judges.
• Phones must be put away and on silent; participant/models cannot use their phone during the competition.
• After a “Start” signal on Screen the participants and models must stay within the contest area. Once done, a competitor must approach the organizing committee.
• MODELS will be assisted by the organizing committee for photoshoot and will be assisted to their designated area for judging.
• COMPETITORS MUST clean the area right after the procedure is done and must LEAVE THE AREA.
• After the STOP signal on Screen, all models must be endorsed to the committee for the photoshoot and assisted to the judging area as delaying of the procedure will be DISQUALIFIED.
• Models are not allowed to go out of the area unless the final assessment is finished by all judges and until told to do so.
• Competitors will be provided with extra disposable gloves, to have the disposable gloves and change them in time (they must be transparent or light color) and masks;
• A disposable tube for needle disposal will be provided in the area by the commitee. Must approach the committee for it.
• COMPETITORS must leave during the judgement process.
• PARTICIPANTS MUST BE RESPONSIBLE OF THEIR OWN BELONGINGS DURING THE COMPETITION.

The management / organizer will not be held responsible for any losses or damage of personal belongings during the competition or entire event.
